When placing an order, a temporary authorization hold may be applied to verify available funds. This hold will automatically clear based on your bank’s policy.

Your card or account will be charged once your order ships. If your order includes multiple items, you may see separate charges as each item is shipped individually.

 Invoices and Receipts

Upon successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and payment summary.

If you have created an account, you can also log in to view and download your invoices at any time from your order history.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@1stchoiceshippingcontainers.com.
  • Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be canceled without penalty.
  • If an order has already shipped, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
